SHIPPING INFORMATION

We usually process your order in 1-3 days.

We will send you an email once the order has been shipped, including a tracking number and the courier’s contact information.

We usually ship with Postnl.be you can track your order on the website: Order Tracking

Please note processing time and delivery times are approximate, and that orders are not shipped nor delivered on national holidays and sundays.

For orders where the selected payment method requires a postponed online payment (such as wire transfer) we will process your order starting from the payment confirmation.

The courier cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Due to Covid-19, many of the shipping carriers are experiencing delays in delivering orders. Please expect that after your order has shipped, it might experience carrier delays and may take longer than usual to receive.
